EMILIE MCARTHUR HATCH
OPERATIONS MANAGEREarning her BS degree at The Florida State University in 1997 and immediately entering the work force at the management level has given Emilie a diverse set of skills that have been an asset to Hatch Insurance Agency since 2008. Prior to becoming the Operations Manager, Emilie worked in the Accounting Department, Personal Lines Department, was the IT Director and Continuing Education Coordinator. Along with her current management role she oversees all licensing and compliance in 44 states, manages carrier contracts, is involved in hiring new employees, strategic planning, tax planning, and is the health insurance and retirement plan administrator.
