She posts all Agency & Direct Bill transactions, Company Payables, Aged Receivables, and payments of all Administrative and overhead expenses. Other responsibilities include payroll, producer commission statements, reconciling monthly bank statements, generating financial statements and preparing year end statements for the CPA to prepare tax filings.
